Fleming Trailers is seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our collaborative production team in Glendale, AZ. What You'll Do
· As a MIG Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for building high-quality metal trailers and ramps in a fast-paced production environment.
· Cut, weld, grind, and clean metal components
· Fabricate trailers and ramps using blueprints and/or verbal instructions
· Assist with general shop and warehouse maintenance
· Move raw materials and finished products using a forklift
· Support supply and raw material tracking as needed
(Other duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.)
What You Bring
· Minimum 4-5 years of structural steel MIG welding experience
· Trailer fabrication experience is a plus
· Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable building with and without blueprints
· Knowledge of shears, brake presses, drills, grinders, fixtures, jigs, and forklifts is preferred (training available for the right candidate)
· Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability
· Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and problem-solving skills
· Good verbal and written communication skills

Work Schedule
Regular 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay & Benefits
· Starting pay: $25 - $28 per hour, depending on experience level
