Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
- Perform detailed quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001 to ensure compliance across all manufacturing processes.
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to product quality, identifying trends or deviations that require corrective actions.
- Complete final inspections and audits as per customer specifications.
- To coordinate shipping and receiving of jobs to outside vendors and for special processes.
- To supervise the receiving of material, tooling, components and the shipping of finished products to customers.
Qualifications
- At least three years experience as an inspector in a manufacturing environment or experience as a toolmaker.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in operating precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
