Position Overview

We're seeking a creative and innovative graphic designer with marketing experience to help shape our brand presence and communicate our services to both consumers and business clients. This role combines hands-on design work with strategic marketing initiatives as we grow our digital and commercial services. You'll help us connect with local businesses and keep our commitment to quality craftsmanship and personal service.

Key Responsibilities

You'll create visual content for both digital and print channels, including social media graphics, email campaigns, website materials, and in-store displays. You'll help develop and execute marketing campaigns for both consumer and B2B audiences, including outreach to corporate clients, Churches, event planners, real estate agents, and other business partners. You'll communicate our unique value proposition as a local alternative to impersonal mail-away services and help solidify our presence in the business community. Working closely with ownership, you'll help tell customer stories and create B2B sales materials, and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. You'll also support product photography needs and create promotional materials for our various service lines, including restoration, archiving, and custom framing.

What We're Looking For

You should have proven design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work. Marketing experience is preferred, including both consumer and B2B campaigns—whether through social media management, email campaigns, content creation, or business development materials. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required. We value someone who can work independently, manage multiple projects, understand different audience needs, and bring creative ideas to our established business. Experience with video editing is a plus, given our video transfer services, and familiarity with small-business marketing and B2B relationship-building will serve you well here.

2 years of agency or successful freelance work
