About the Role
We’re seeking a Deputy Chief of Staff to partner with company leadership in managing key initiatives, improving internal processes, and ensuring smooth execution across teams.
This is a dynamic and versatile role — ideal for someone who enjoys contributing to multiple areas of the business, balancing strategic priorities with practical operations, and working directly with senior leadership in a growing company.
What You’ll Do
- Support the COFO and leadership team in executing company strategy and high-priority projects.
- Coordinate internal initiatives, ensuring communication and follow-up across departments.
- Help organize leadership meetings, agendas, and action tracking.
- Develop and improve workflows to make the team more efficient and aligned.
- Track progress toward strategic goals and report updates to leadership.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive briefings.
- Contribute to the company’s operational rhythm and help ensure leadership priorities are executed effectively.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
