Automotive Technician

In-Shop Mobile Work • Full-Time

Fleet Solutions Truck Repair is a fast-growing, family-run shop serving commercial fleets and our local community. We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Automotive/Fleet Technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a solid, team-centered environment.

If you can diagnose, repair, communicate clearly, and work independently—you’ll fit right in.

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on light-duty, medium-duty, and some diesel vehicles
• Handle brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, batteries, sensors, drivability, and general repairs
• Perform fleet services and preventative maintenance (in-shop mobile)
• Complete basic repair notes and communicate findings to the owners
• Assist with parts identification when needed (we order the parts)
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and take care of shop tools and mobile equipment
• Represent the shop professionally on mobile fleet calls

• 2 years automotive or fleet mechanic experience (ASE preferred but not required)
• Solid diagnostic ability and problem-solving skills
• Someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team
• Valid driver’s license; comfortable driving a service truck for mobile calls
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
