We are looking for an On-Site Service Coordinator to be based on-site at the customer's location in Atlanta, GA, working side-by-side with technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and outstanding customer communication. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, values strong relationships, and is driven by results-rain or shine.
About the Role:
As an On-Site Service Coordinator, you will act as the key liaison between our team, technicians, and customer contacts, ensuring real-time updates and top-tier service. You'll manage service requests, assist with scheduling, and track job progress directly from the field. Working in close proximity to our technicians, your understanding of DOT truck/trailer operations will help you bridge the gap between technical service and customer expectations. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, working 6 AM to 4 PM.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main on-site point of contact for key customer accounts

Work alongside technicians in all weather conditions to track and report service status

Communicate job status updates, schedule changes, and service completion details to the customer

Coordinate with service managers, technicians, and logistics teams to meet tight deadlines

Accurately enter and manage service data using company software (Fullbay experience is a plus)

Assist with billing, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed

Quickly and professionally address any customer concerns
Qualifications:

2 years in a customer service or account coordination role (transportation or fleet repair industry preferred)

Experience or working knowledge of truck/trailer DOT compliance strongly preferred

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Proficient in service software platforms (Fullbay is a plus)

Team-first mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
