Fleet Repair Solutions is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Sales & Account Manager with direct fleet maintenance experience to drive growth across new and existing customers.
This is a field-based role focused on building relationships, winning work, and expanding customer accounts. While internal teams can support estimating and administrative work, the ability to independently identify repair opportunities, write service, and convert work into revenue is critical to success in this role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
New Business
• Develop new business within fleet, carrier, and logistics accounts
• Identify and prioritize target accounts within your territory
• Gain access to decision-makers and generate initial opportunities
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Account Growth
• Grow existing customers by increasing activity, services, and consistency
• Increase sales per stop and expand share of wallet
• Strengthen relationships to move from vendor to long-term partner
Execution
• Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting customers and prospects
• Build relationships with fleet managers, operations leaders, and dispatch teams
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
• Work with internal team to convert opportunities into completed work
Service Writing & Revenue Generation
• Identify trailer damage and repair opportunities in the field
• Accurately document findings with detailed notes and proper photos
• Write clear, complete repair estimates for customers
• Confidently present and sell recommended repairs
• Own the process from identification to approval to ensure work is won

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

• Direct trailer repair experience
• Proven ability to service write and sell repairs
• Reefer and/or tractor experience is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated ability to generate and grow revenue
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
