Fleet Repair Solutions is hiring experienced Mobile Trailer Service Technicians to support medium- and heavy-duty fleets in the Newville, PA area. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy hands-on work, independent problem-solving, and delivering reliable repairs in the field.

- Pay: Up to $35/hour
- Weekly pay
- Monthly performance bonus program (earn up to $12,000 per year)

Schedule
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Position Responsibilities
In this mobile role, you'll be responsible for keeping fleet trailers safe, compliant, and road-ready by:
- Performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on trailers
- Diagnosing mechanical and structural issues efficiently
- Using digital systems and software to document work orders and repairs
- Following safety guidelines and industry compliance standards
- Communicating clearly with team members and leadership to ensure job completion
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of trailer maintenance or repair experience
- CDL preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
