This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding potential customers through the sales process for Fleet Owl’s logistics software. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, performing outbound and inbound lead generation activities, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to understand product capabilities, address customer needs, and support implementation handoffs. This role also includes preparing proposals, negotiating contract terms under guidance, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Software Sales and Sales, with the ability to understand logistics software solutions and clearly communicate value to potential customers.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing leads through multiple channels.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting product features, handling objections, and building trust with stakeholders.
- Account Management capabilities to support relationship building, monitor customer satisfaction, and encourage renewals or upsell opportunities.
- Experience in B2B technology or logistics-related sales is beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, sales tools, and basic productivity software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
