As a Trail Program Head Coach at Fleet Feet, you’ll be the heartbeat of our community trail training programs providing encouragement, motivation, and on-site support for runners and walkers of all levels. Reporting to the Training Program Lead, you’ll guide participants through training sessions, promote safety, and help create a fun, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
