As the Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving shipments into the inventory management system, stocking product as it arrives, and managing the movement of inventory to and from Fleet Feet Nashville locations. The person in this position works directly with our Purchasing, Operations, and Inventory Coordinator teams to ensure that inventory is received and stocked in a timely manner. In this role, you’ll complete regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy as well as constantly manage the organization of inventory at the warehouse. Additional Requirements: Position averages 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required. Requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and use of computers. Job requires moderate to heavy (10-30 lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead. Warehouse environment includes the use of cutting devices to open or break down boxes, exposure to heights of up to 9 feet, and potentially slippery surfaces.

- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Basic mathematical skills required

- Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions
- Receive daily shipments into inventory
- Prepare and process store transfers 5 days per week
- Manage warehouse inventory, maintaining accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventories
- Facilitate proper RMA identification
- Manage and process defects
- Enter purchase orders
- Fulfill e-commerce orders and process returns
- Process UPC/SKU requests when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
