What You'll Do
- Lead the Team: Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Outfitters (Retail Sales Associates) to be customer-first and goal-oriented.
- Coach and Inspire: Set expectations, provide real-time feedback, recognize achievements, and support individual growth.
- Own the Floor: Manage sales floor operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the Fleet Feet Outfitting Experience.
- Solve and Support: Address customer concerns with care and resolve challenges promptly and professionally.
- Foster Culture: Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance store environment through daily leadership and team engagement.
- Communicate Clearly: Maintain consistent communication across team members to ensure alignment, clarity, and enthusiasm.
- Champion Initiatives: Support and promote Fleet Feet’s events, programs, and community outreach efforts.
- Experience: Proven retail management experience, with a strong background in customer-facing sales environments.
- Customer Focused: A role model in delivering exceptional service with energy and empathy.
- Leader at Heart: Strong coaching, communication, and delegation skills.
- Operational Know-How: Comfortable managing inventory, schedules, and retail operations.
