Responsibilities
As an Assistant Retail Experience Manager, you will support the Retail Experience Manager in the day-to-day and long-term success of your store. This position will help create the best customer experience by focusing on what matters most, the team. You will assist with onboarding, managing floor operations, coaching in the moment, performance management & check-ins, scheduling and ongoing education of our Outfitters. You will also be responsible for fostering customer happiness and be knowledgeable in day-to-day functions that help the day run smoothly.
At Fleet Feet, we strive to be Day Makers - making our team and our customers’ day brighter through our words and our actions. We pride ourselves on putting people first and know that what we do each day does not happen anywhere else, for staff or customers. We truly believe that running changes everything.
Additional Requirements - Requires 35-40 hours per week. Work hours may vary based on company needs. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and use of point-of-sale computers. Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25 lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams in which everyone brings their whole self to Fleet Feet is key to our success. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.
Fleet Feet franchisees operate as independent business owners. If you apply and are hired at a Franchise location, you would be an employee of that Fleet Feet franchisee and not an employee of the Fleet Feet Corporation. We have opportunities within both our franchise locations and our Fleet Feet Corporation.
