If you are extremely organized, think fast on your feet, communicate clearly, and can juggle complex schedules while maintaining strong relationships—this might be the best professional fit you’ve ever found.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe Service Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day service flow, ensures accurate scheduling, drives communication standards, and supports both customers and technicians with excellence.Operational Scheduling & Workflow ManagementBuild and load the service schedule 24–36 hours in advance with accurate customer, location, and contact details.Manage the preparation of parts for upcoming jobs, ensuring the next day’s jobs are parted-up by end of day.Sweep and resolve all open jobs daily—recycle, reschedule, and communicate updates in real time.Grade and invoice completed jobs daily Communication & CoordinationMaintain urgent customer response standards: 1-hour email replies, 10-minute call/text acknowledgment.Lead daily gameplan discussions with the teamProvide daily alignment, encouragement, and clarity to technicians and customersFinancial & Documentation AccuracyManage parts team to ensure parts purchases are logged, approved, and billed correctly.Review estimated jobs and 3rd-party portals daily; handle all disputes (“argues”) the same day they arise.Maintain and lead monthly team budgetsTeam Leadership & Performance ManagementHold weekly technician check-ins to review efficiency, hours, performance gaps, and improvements.Participate in monthly manager meetings reviewing KPIs, pricing, culture, wins/losses, and growth goals.Lead monthly team meetings with your department to align expectations and communication.Maintain strong customer-facing relationshipsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDExtremely organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.Fast and accurate computer skills; quick mental processor with strong problem-solving instincts.Elite communication skills—clear, direct, consistent.Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing accuracy or momentum.Strong leadership instincts and the ability to build trust with techs and customers.Experience in fleet maintenance, automotive, diesel, dispatch, or service operations is a major plus.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary $100,000–$150,000 per year depending on performance.Real advancement opportunities as we expand into new markets.High-ownership environment where you run your operations like a business.A family-owned culture with big-company growth and boots-on-the-ground leadership.APPLY IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOUYou thrive in fast-moving environments.
