Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Oversee daily operational activities across departments to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met

- Manage profit & loss statements, budgets, and financial planning to maximize profitability
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new markets and expanding existing client relationships
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Coordinate project management initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
