What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog and cat Groomer 50-60% commission! position at Flawless Paws Pet Grooming?
We are searching for a talented, motivated and experienced dog and cat groomer to join our team. You must have experience cutting hair in a professional grooming salon. This position is not for those who are only experienced with bathing and brushing. We offer 50% commission Monday through Friday, and 60% commission on Saturdays! We do not pressure our groomers to groom more than they can handle, as this is unfair to both groomer and pet alike. However you must be able to comfortably groom a minimum of 8 pets per day. We have a very large beautiful salon with high end equipment that’s meticulously maintained which saves your body from unnecessary strain. Our full time weeks are arranged into only 4 days, so you will have a set 3 days off weekly. We also offer one paid week off after 3 months of employment.
