RN Job Description: The Aesthetic Registered Nurse Injector will be an influential and key member of our entrepreneurial medical team, providing non-invasive cosmetic evaluations, consultations, treatments, and treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing medical director, Shawna Joaquin, NP-C (Certified Nurse Practitioner). This position will start as medical assisting during training period.

Treatments may include: anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, platelet-rich plasma therapy, microneedling, chemical peels, facials, hydrafacials, IV infusion, Vitamin Injections.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse Injector to provide aesthetic services and treatments for a medical spa in the heart of Excelsior, MN.

Paid training provided with an experienced injector/trainer and continuing education training will be provided on an ongoing and yearly basis.

Work Locations: Excelsior, MN

Requirements: Registered Nurse license in Minnesota

3 years working as Registered Nurse required

Experience in cosmetic injectables including Botox, Dysport, and fillers is necessary.

Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Experience delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Restylane, Juvederm, Sculptra, Radiesse, PRF etc.) preferred
• Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel and other software skills
• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
• Work a flexible schedule as we are open days and evenings
• Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language
• Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills
• Start-up minded, readiness to help with all aspects of launch
• Proven selling skills
• Strong business acumen
• Strong conflict and problem resolution skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing program with clients
• Understanding of Social Media
• Accurately maintain and update client records, photography, obtain consents, detailed documentation of procedures performed and products or equipment used.
• Demonstrate strong procedural, technical and anatomical competency of injection techniques for the various aesthetic injection procedures offered
• Support the vision and uphold the mission, values, policies and procedures of the company.
• Perform additional administrative office tasks and other duties as directed and assigned.

Daily Tasks

• Make sure all charts are completed from the day before
• Make sure the work areas and clean and organized
• Make sure all points/coupons are redeemed on our end for transactions on the day before
• Review inventory to make sure there is enough for the rest of the week
• Study your assigned subject/treatment -> each provider is to become a subject matter expert on one particular treatment
• Select one before and after from the previous week that has a signed social media consent and post it on before/after so it can be posted on social media
