Position Overview:
Flawless Grass Hardscape is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong English communication skills (Spanish is a plus). The ideal candidate must have Master-level landscaping management experience, strong door-to-door leadership ability, and proven sales experience. This role includes training canvassers, supervising sales representatives, building a strong team, and commuting daily to meet clients, sales reps, and canvassing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct door-to-door sales, onsite consultations, and property evaluations.
• Present artificial turf, pavers, concrete, and full landscaping solutions.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive and commute regularly to meet potential clients, inspect projects, and support field operations.
• Train, supervise, and support canvassers and sales representatives.
• Ensure all team members work professionally and meet company standards.
• Build and lead a strong, high-performing sales team.
• Coach staff on communication, closing skills, and product knowledge.
• Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals.
• Use CRM software to manage leads and track sales performance.
• Work with project managers to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth job handoff.
• Report weekly performance updates to company leadership.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong English-speaking skills (Spanish preferred).
• Master-level landscaping management experience or equivalent expert-level experience.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience (landscaping, hardscape, or construction preferred).
• Door-to-door sales or door-to-door team management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of artificial turf, pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor construction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive/commute daily to meet clients, sales reps, and canvassers.
• Ability to manage, train, and motivate multiple teams.
• Ability to read or learn landscape and hardscape plans.
