Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities in Pontiac, IL

At Flawless Family Home Care, we are proud to be an award-winning Illinois licensed home services agency providing exceptional non-medical home care throughout Central Illinois. Our caregivers make it possible for older adults and individuals with disabilities to remain safe and independent in their own homes. We are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers for current evening and awake overnight openings.

Current Openings:

• Pontiac Evening Shifts:

  • 2:00 PM–8:00 PM

  • 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

  • Various evenings throughout the week

  • Every other weekend availability required

  • At least 20 hours of weekly availability during these hours

• Pontiac Awake Overnight Shifts:

  • Approximately 9:00 PM–8:00 AM

  • Sunday through Thursday

  • Must remain awake and alert for the entire shift

• Ransom Awake Overnight Shifts:

  • Every other Saturday and Sunday overnight coverage currently needed

  • Must remain awake and alert for the entire shift

Pay and Benefits:

• $17.00–$18.00 per hour based on verified caregiving experience

• Additional $1.50 per hour for awake overnight shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care and dementia support

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care

• Assist with mobility and transfers

• Provide companionship, supervision, and redirection

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide medication reminders

• Help clients remain safe and comfortable at home

Requirements:

• Dependable and reliable with scheduled shifts

• Caring, patient, and professional

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

• Comfortable assisting with mobility and transfers

• Able to follow an individualized care plan

• Able to communicate well with clients, families, and the office

• Prior paid caregiving experience preferred

• Dementia care experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable vehicle

• Current auto insurance
