Role Overview:
As a Home Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the healthcare team and family to ensure our clients receive the best personalized care possible. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the clients you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Help clients with basic housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.
Qualifications:

- Compassionate and patient demeanor towards clients.
- Strong communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and days, including weekends if necessary.
- Basic understanding of caregiving principles and practices.
Bonus If You:
- Have prior experience in a caregiving or similar role.
- Possess certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Have specialized training in dementia care or other specific conditions.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time with flexible scheduling including Monday through Sunday.
