Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing and Compounding: Accurately measure and mix raw materials according to

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in food science or related field
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or compounding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally must lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee will regularly work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
