What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regulatory Associate position at Flavor Dynamics, Inc.?
Statement of Intent
We are seeking a detail-oriented person to assist and directly report to the Regulatory Specialist. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn new skills, take initiative, and support continuous improvements that help the company operate efficiently. The role focuses on, but is not limited to the following key responsibilities:
- Upload supplier documentation to our internal portal, as well as external portals including Trace Gains, Repositrak, and Safety Chain
- Assist the regulatory specialist with any projects when necessary – ranging from quality control to internal auditing
- Request, track, and organize supplier documents to ensure compliance with our product attributes
- Fulfilling requests for our automated documents
- Provide support in gathering documents for Organic and Kosher submissions
Requirements
- Demonstrates a patient, careful work ethic with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Meticulous mindset to ensure minimal errors in documentation.
- Willingness to learn in different departments when necessary.
- Strong English reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Proficiency in using the internet and research regulations upon request.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation requests simultaneously.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
