What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
- Post jobs, review resumes, and coordinate interviews
- Conduct support staff interviews and reference checks
- Assist with onboarding and employment paperwork
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases
- Respond to employee questions and provide HR support
- Assist with performance management documentation and appraisals
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience REQUIRED
- Degree in business and concentrating in human resources, preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
