Job Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
- Perform site preparation including digging, grading, and material handling
- Operate tools and equipment (training provided if needed)
- Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Qualifications
- Construction or hardscaping experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability is a must
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, working outdoors in various conditions)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
