What You’ll Do:Â
- Oversee all consumer compliance programs and risk assessments
- Lead the Compliance Committee and maintain policies, procedures, and training
- Serve as the primary contact for regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders
- Review loan documentation and ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment
- Manage CRA and SAFE Act responsibilities
- Oversee HMDA reporting and key system administration (iCore, LaserPro, AccuAccount)
- Support enterprise risk management and vendor compliance
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and hands‑on support across the Bank

What You Bring:Â
- 7 years banking compliance/lending experience
- Working knowledge of consumer compliance regulations (TRID, ECOA, TILA, HMDA, CRA, etc.)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Experience with iCore, LaserPro, or AccuSystems is a plus
