Flash Limousine is growing fast and we're hiring an Account Executive to build recurring B2B transportation accounts across the Chicago market. This is a ground-floor revenue role with real account ownership, uncapped commission, and a territory you'll build from scratch as the company expands into new markets.
OTE: $85,000–$95,000 in year one (base uncapped commission)
What you’ll do
- Prospect and close recurring corporate transportation accounts: executive travel programs, airport transfers, employee shuttles, conference and meeting transportation
- Register and own accounts through the full pipeline: discovery, pricing, proposal, close, launch, and renewal
- Sell to corporate travel managers, executive assistants, office managers, and operations directors at Chicago-area businesses
- Keep an accurate CRM pipeline with documented next steps on every active deal
- Own the client relationship through renewal and expansion, including upsells as accounts grow
Compensation
- Base salary: $65,000–$70,000
- Commission: 3.0% on collected new-account revenue; 1.0% on renewal and expansion revenue after that
- Commission is uncapped. there is no ceiling on what you can earn!
- Commission is calculated on collected revenue, not gross margin
What we're looking for
Required:
- B2B sales experience with recurring accounts or commercial relationships
- Chicago-based with consistent Monday through Friday office availability
- Disciplined pipeline management: you track your deals and document next steps consistently
- Comfortable working within a defined pricing and approval process
Preferred:
- Experience selling to corporate travel managers, executive assistants, or operations teams
- Background in transportation, logistics, ground transportation, hospitality, or corporate travel services
- Track record of closing and retaining recurring accounts

The company is in a growth phase and the person who fills this role will be building the book from the ground up.
Schedule and details
- Employment: W-2, full-time
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: Office-based in Chicago, near O'Hare International Airport
- Tools provided: laptop, business phone or phone stipend, CRM access, pricing worksheet, proposal templates, and lead lists
- Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel (client meetings, site visits)
- Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
- Background check required before start date
