Fully Cleared Queue Coordinator needed for a new contract!
Must have current polygraph to be considered for the job.
OVERNIGHT HOURS!
Monitors and Routes work tickets to appropriate queues.
Meet Service level agreement requirements for calls answered and resolved. Review, assign, reconcile and support the management of tickets throughout thier lifecycle. Help coordinate with IT service providers and communicate outages and plans for recovery
Qualifications:
Minimum education and experience level: High school/GED and a minimum of four (4) years of experience.
Equivalent education and experience: Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience.
