Job Requirements:
Sourcing, ordering, and managing parts, materials, and services critical to maintaining fleet uptime and operational efficiency. This role works closely with maintenance leadership, technicians, and vendors to ensure the right parts are available at the right time—minimizing downtime and supporting safe, reliable equipment across the fleet.
Job Duties:

• Procure parts, components, tools, and services to support fleet maintenance operations, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery expectations
• Prioritize and expedite critical parts to minimize equipment downtime and keep equipment on the road
• Collaborate daily with technicians and maintenance leadership to anticipate parts needs and upcoming repairs
• Source alternative parts and vendors when shortages or delays arise
• Ensure accurate entry of parts, purchase orders, and inventory transactions in company systems (TMW/TMT or equivalent)
• Assist in warranty tracking and returns process for defective parts
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory and cost control

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in purchasing, parts coordination, or inventory management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Computer skills required: Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs. Position must become familiar with the TMW/TMT fleet management system.
Position reports to Purchasing Manager

Wage Range: 20.00 - 25.00 per hour
