In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment using advanced warehouse management systems and RF scanners. Whether operating forklifts or reach trucks, stocking shelves, or managing shipping and receiving tasks, your efforts will keep our distribution center running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely manner
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, and transport goods
• Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper organization for quick access during order picking
• Prepare orders for shipment by packaging items securely according to company standards
• Assist with shipping & receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound shipments with precision
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counting using warehouse systems like AS400 or MRP software
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all material handling activities and maintain a clean work environment

Experience

• Prior experience working in a warehouse distribution environment or e-commerce fulfillment center preferred
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or MRP software enhances efficiency
• Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately
• Experience with order picking & packing processes using order picker tools or similar devices
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures to ensure proper documentation and handling of goods
• Warehouse experience involving stock management, load & unload activities, and order fulfillment processes

Pay: $21.05 - $25.35 per hour
