The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of drink recipes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take beverage and food orders, and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Restock bar inventory and notify management of shortages.
- Follow proper cash handling, credit card, and point-of-sale (POS) procedures.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving guidelines.
- Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must meet the minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
