Position Overview
This role is responsible for best in industry service to our dealer network and product owners.

We’re currently seeking an experienced Service Specialist to help us build and scale a high-performing manufacturing operation from the ground up.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for best in industry service to our dealer network and product owners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Support: Provide clear, accurate troubleshooting assistance and technical guidance to dealers and product owners via phone, email, and digital portals.
- Warranty Administration: Review, process, and authorize warranty claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints regarding product performance or service issues, coordinating with production and engineering teams to find swift solutions.
- Training & Documentation: Help develop service bulletins, technical manuals, and FAQs to empower the dealer network and improve overall product satisfaction.
- Inventory and order fulfillment: Manage service parts inventory, accurately process incoming parts orders from dealers, and coordinate fulfillment to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
- Experience: 35 years of experience in technical customer service, marine service technology, or automotive service coordination.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with marine products, boat systems, or mechanical/electrical components is highly preferred.
- Skills: Great communication and problemsolving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical users. Ability to communicate clearly across all channels, Phone, text, chat and email.
- Systems: Proficiency with CRM systems (PLEX), ticketing software, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in desktop publishing is a plus
- Travel requirements: Up to 20% travel domestically.
