Location: Flamingo Joe’s – Broadway at the Beach
Flamingo Joe’s is a fun, fast-paced retail shop offering gifts, souvenirs, and apparel for locals and visitors alike. We’re looking for reliable, energetic team members to join us now, through summer and beyond!
Key Holder (Shift Lead)
Responsibilities:
- Open/close the store
- Lead team members during shifts
- Oversee operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Provide excellent customer service
- Run register, stock merchandise, and maintain store appearance
Requirements:
- Prior retail or customer service experience required
- Ability to work independently
- Nights and weekend availability required
Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers
- Operate cash register
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked store
- Support daily store operations
Requirements:
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Nights and weekend availability preferred
- Retail experience a plus (training provided)
- Must be at least 16 years old
