Broadway T-Shirt Company – Broadway at the Beach (Myrtle Beach, SC)
Broadway T-Shirt Company is a fun, fast-paced retail store located at the popular Broadway at the Beach shopping center in Myrtle Beach. We offer a wide variety of apparel and gifts including t-shirts, sweatshirts, funny graphic tees, kids’ shirts, Life is Good®, Simply Southern®, and more.
We are now hiring Key Holders and Sales Associates for immediate positions through the fall season and beyond!
We prefer applicants who are looking for a steady, longer-term position and are interested in working with us through the remainder of this year, into next year, and through future summer seasons and beyond.
We currently have openings primarily for afternoon/evening and weekend shifts. Applicants must also have regular Saturday and Sunday availability.
Pay: $10.00–$14.00 per hour
(Pay based on position, verifiable experience, and work history)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available
Sales Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Process and stock incoming merchandise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Support daily store operations as needed
Key Holder Responsibilities Include:
- All Sales Associate responsibilities
- Opening and closing the store
- Supervising and supporting sales associates during shifts
- Assisting the Store Manager with daily operations and overall store performance
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work afternoon & evening shifts and weekends (regular Saturday and Sunday availability required)
- Previous retail or customer service experience is required for Key Holders
- High school and college students are welcome to apply
