Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail sales associate/cashier/key holder to oversee daily store operations and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, and customer service skills, with a background in retail customer service. A knowledge of premium cigars is preferred. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers. Candidates with previous cashier, key holder, and/or management experience is preferred.
Duties
- Running the store which includes all daily store operations, including customer service, closing, deposits, cleaning, stocking, and ordering.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies
- Cash handling, cashiering, POS transactions, daily checkup, and deposits
- Implement marketing strategies to promote store products and increase sales
- Maintain organized records of bookkeeping, daily checkups, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
