Duties
- Manage daily office operations to ensure seamless communication.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Monitor invoices, vendor payments, expense tracking, and maintain positive supplier relationships.
- Supervise administrative functions such as bookkeeping, filing systems, and general clerical tasks to keep records accurate and accessible.
- Assist with payroll preparation and reporting.
- Maintain organized financial and employee records
- Support event planning for special occasions or promotional events to boost restaurant visibility and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment that promotes efficiency and professionalism at all times.
Experience
- Previous office management, administrative, bookkeeping, and/or restaurant management experience required.
- Supervising experience with team management responsibilities is essential for fostering a motivated work environment.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is required for accurate financial recordkeeping.
- Experience with systems such as Toast, Aloha, Restaurant365, MarginEdge, or payroll platforms is helpful but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and guests.
- Knowledge of human resources practices including training & development and payroll processing is a plus.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
