About Us
Flaming Margaritas is a fast-paced, growing restaurant company focused on creating memorable guest experiences through great drinks, live entertainment, hospitality, and food. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Office Manager to help oversee day-to-day administrative and financial operations for our restaurant locations.

Duties

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure seamless communication.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Monitor invoices, vendor payments, expense tracking, and maintain positive supplier relationships.
  • Supervise administrative functions such as bookkeeping, filing systems, and general clerical tasks to keep records accurate and accessible.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and reporting.
  • Maintain organized financial and employee records
  • Support event planning for special occasions or promotional events to boost restaurant visibility and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized office environment that promotes efficiency and professionalism at all times.

Experience

  • Previous office management, administrative, bookkeeping, and/or restaurant management experience required.
  • Supervising experience with team management responsibilities is essential for fostering a motivated work environment.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is required for accurate financial recordkeeping.
  • Experience with systems such as Toast, Aloha, Restaurant365, MarginEdge, or payroll platforms is helpful but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and guests.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices including training & development and payroll processing is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
