Key Responsibilities
- Grow profitability by managing an assigned book of business and developing new customer relationships
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new contract manufacturing opportunities aligned with strategic goals
- Maintain strong customer relationships with key contacts and sourcing influencers
- Review and approve price changes for existing parts and programs while ensuring profitability targets
- Conduct Business Review meetings with key accounts; monitor Customer Scorecards
- Provide timely and accurate input for sales forecasting
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered
- 3 years of sales experience in Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and/or contract manufacturing preferred
- Experience managing large key/strategic accounts strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; ERP experience (Delmia/IQMS) a plus
- Understanding of ISO Quality Systems standards preferred
- Knowledge of Injection and Blow Molding processes preferred
- Ability to manage and close long sales cycles (12 months)
- Willingness to travel 50% including overnight stays
