Horace Mann Insurance was founded by Teachers, for Teachers. My Horace Mann agency, Flake Financial Services, is looking to expand! While we can help anyone, we spend the majority of our time in schools with teachers and school employees. Horace Mann protects families with Auto, Home, and Life insurance as well as offering retirement products. I'm looking to expand my team that serves my OBX areas. Specifically, this person will serve Dare, Hyde, and Tyrell Counties in coastal NC.
I am seeking a driven and results-oriented Insurance Agent to join my team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling and promoting insurance products to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with their insurance coverage. This is a commission-based position, offering the opportunity to earn a competitive income.
One of the many advantages of working with Flake Financial Services, is that we never buy leads. We create our own with large group meetings with the schools that we serve.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote insurance products to customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide personalized insurance solutions to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in insurance laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
Qualifications
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- On the job training is available.
- Strong customer service skills and a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Must be disciplined with strong work ethic.
- Must be able to multi task well and manage multiple ongoing items at once.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 - $100,000.00 per year
