Bilingual Insurance Producer
Producers at Atlantic Bay Insurance, a sister company of Evertree Insurance, are more than just salespeople. We are looking for a bilingual insurance agent who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with clients and prospects
- Manage client relationships and drive growth, satisfaction, and profitability
- Lead the discovery process and deliver compelling presentations on AB Insurance’s value
- Identify and overcome prospect-specific sales obstacles
- Apply strategic thinking based on market knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Day-to-Day
- Achieve monthly sales goals and follow the established sales process
- Convert incoming prospects into multi-line clients
- Respond to and manage leads efficiently
- Maintain accurate workflows and follow organizational processes
- Build knowledge of personal lines and life insurance
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients
- Contribute positively as a team player
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients
- Personable and highly motivated to grow and achieve personal success
- Consultative, positive, and resourceful approach to working with prospects, clients, and colleagues
- Experience in a customer-facing environment — this does not have to be strictly a sales role. If you are an amazing server, bartender, retail associate, or customer service professional, you may be poised to succeed in this role!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid computer skills and comfort using email, multiple screens, and multiple browsers/applications
- High school diploma or GED
