Accounts Payable Specialist
Do you have a passion for numbers and a knack for organization? Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference by ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency? As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our operations, working in a collaborative environment, and contributing to the success of our team. Your primary responsibilities will be focused on cash management and accounts payable functions for a portfolio of properties.
What You'll Do:

Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and expense reports.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and financial reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth payment processes.

Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing reports and reconciling accounts.

Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

Respond promptly to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments and account status.

Work on special projects as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit:

Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field desired but not required.

You have 3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a related field.

You’re proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy.

You’re a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
