Superintendent

Do you thrive in a leadership role where your expertise drives project success? Are you passionate about managing on-site operations and delivering exceptional results? As a Superintendent, you’ll take charge of daily site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure that every project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely progress.

• Manage site safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a safe work environment.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and other stakeholders, providing updates and resolving concerns.

• Oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and contractual obligations.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and mutual respect.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.

• You have 3 years of successful Project Management experience with a multi-family builder.

• You have extensive experience in construction supervision or management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects.

• You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing complex schedules and priorities.

• You’re an effective leader and communicator who excels in building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders.

• You’re proactive and solution-focused, ready to tackle challenges and drive results.

• You’re well-versed in construction scheduling software, tools, and safety protocols.

• You’re committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
