Summary
As a Fulfillment Lead at FlagZone LLC, you will be an integral part of our operations team in ensuring the efficient processing and distribution of our high-quality flag products. This role is essential in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service and quality to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees in the department.
- Maintain a positive atmosphere and promote teamwork in the department.
- Delegate workflow and review the progress of delegated tasks daily.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
- Maintain accurate inventories and be able to resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in production reporting, including work orders, sales orders, and transfers.
- Ensuring operation of equipment by calling maintenance for repairs.
- Approving employee timesheets, PTO requests, and ensuring department coverage when employees are on leave.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and fulfillment operations.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Computer knowledge
