Blended Hourly Pay Rate: $35/hr

Blended Hourly Pay Rate: $35/hr
Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Wyoming PTA license or ability to obtain
- Must have a tax home 50 miles from facility
- Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Ability to work with and around residents who may display challenging behaviors.
- Assignment length: 13 weeks (Maximum assignment length: 6 months)
