Physical Therapist Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Current NJ PT License and Registration
- Valid BLS Certification
- EMR Competence
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
- Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow under your supervision.
- Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
- Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
- Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Weekends, Days, Evenings, and Coverage Shifts Available
