Job Summary

Position: Sales Operation Coordinator

Salary: DOE

We are looking for a team player with integrity and a strong work ethic who will assume responsibility for the following:

· Ensure customer issues are resolved both promptly and to satisfaction

· Handle incoming requests from customers and the Sales Representatives with professionalism

· Gather customer information that is required to set them up in the company’s systems in an efficient and timely manner.

· Educate customers on the set up process

· Communicate with customer on their order status and alert them of any changes

· Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to billing, placing print orders, and system/order troubleshooting

· Manage issues with the best interest of both customer and company in mind

· Compile, generate and relay sales reports and information to internal customers

· Communicate with sales to ensure accurate forecasting and production pertinent to the business needs

· Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience and sales efficiency

· Support the department manager in generating revenue and growing the domestic and international business

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction; they will demonstrate passion for treating customers with care and respect, strong organizational, decision making and analytical skills, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing, and the ability to handle challenging customers with tact and professionalism. We are looking for someone with a general understanding of logistics and food transportation, production and forecasting. 1 years of experience in a customer service or sales assistant capacity, proficiency with Excel, Sage, Access, the Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office are essential.
