Automotive Service Consultant / Service Advisor

Flagg’s Automotive is growing and expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Automotive Service Consultant/Advisor who wants more than just another service writer job.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, can confidently present needed repairs, and is motivated by results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a growing independent repair shop, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Listen to and document customer concerns
- Review technician inspections and prepare estimates
- Present all recommended repairs clearly and confidently
- Follow up on estimates and declined work
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Work closely with technicians to keep jobs moving
- Help achieve sales, ARO, gross profit, and close-ratio goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Sales-minded and results-driven
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple repair orders
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
