Essential Job Duties:

• Handle customer communication, follow-up, and sales transactions for medical imaging parts.
• Receive and manage incoming parts requests, locating parts from inventory or suppliers.
• Create parts quotes and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Build customer relationships through proactive follow-up and problem-solving.
• Collaborate professionally with the team and support additional duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, order processing, or sales support role, preferably in a technical, logistics, or parts-related industry.
• Experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment, managing requests, and resolving issues with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Education (or equivalent experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, General Business, or Management preferred.
