OVERVIEW
Flag Star Football seeks a Personnel Coordinator to support staffing, hiring logistics, and personnel coordination across our seasonal leagues and programs.
This role is critical to ensuring our leagues are fully staffed and that coaches, referees, and field staff are supported throughout the season. You will work closely with the Director of Personnel and support our full-time Outreach Coordinator in day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time, contract role running from mid-to-late May through November 20, 2026, with the potential for extension and opportunities to take on increased ownership as the organization continues to grow.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

- Able to manage multiple moving pieces in real time
YOUR IMPACT
Staffing & Scheduling
- Support staffing assignments for leagues, clinics, and events
- Ensure all fields and programs are properly staffed each week
- Assist with last-minute staffing changes and coverage
- Operate across multiple systems, including Google Suite, scheduling platforms (e.g., When I Work), and internal tools
HR & Personnel Support
- Assist with onboarding new staff
- Track staff availability and assignments
- Help manage staff communications
Coordination & Operations
- Serve as a point of contact for staff questions and needs
- Support internal coordination across league operations
- Help maintain organization across staffing systems
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Experience in coordination, staffing, HR, or operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms simultaneously

COMPENSATION
$25,000–$35,000 total for the contract (May–November), commensurate with experience.
