Flag & Anthem was founded on the idea of "Real Clothes for Real Life." We don’t do "precious" or "overpriced"—we do high-quality, versatile gear that works as hard as our customers do. We are looking for a Content Creator and Social Media Manager to tell that story.

This isn't a job for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. You’ll be in the middle of our NYC office culture one day and on the sidelines of a major sports event or a photoshoot the next. You are the "eyes and ears" of the brand, responsible for capturing the grit, the humor, and the style that defines us.

• Produce & Host: Concept, film, and star in (or host) short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that highlights our core products: MadeFlex Golf, Hero Stretch Flannels, and our Collegiate lines.
• Office Culture: Document the "behind-the-scenes" of a fast-growing NYC apparel brand. We want the world to see the people and the banter that make Flag & Anthem happen.
• Event Coverage: Be our "person on the ground" at sports events, country music festivals, and athlete appearances. You’ll be responsible for live-storytelling and high-energy recaps.
• Strategic Growth: Manage the daily posting, engagement, and community management across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. You aren’t just posting; you’re growing a community.
• Edit for the Scroll: Use CapCut, Premiere, or mobile editing tools to create fast-paced, engaging content that feels native to the platform—not like a polished TV ad.

• The "Vibe": You have a strong on-camera presence. You can interview a pro athlete or a guy at a tailgate with equal ease.
• Technical Skill: You’re a wizard with an iPhone. You know how to use lighting, framing, and sound to make "raw" content look premium.
• Sports & Lifestyle Fluency: You understand the worlds of golf, football, and country music. You know the trends, the music, and the "unwritten rules" of these communities.
• NYC Hustle: You thrive in the fast-paced New York environment. You’re organized enough to manage a content calendar but flexible enough to pivot when a viral trend hits.
• Brand Alignment: You appreciate classic Americana style. You understand that Flag & Anthem is about authenticity, not "fast fashion."

• Experience: 2 years creating short-form video for a brand, media outlet (like Barstool, Overtime, etc.), or a high-growth personal account.
• Portfolio: A reel or link to a TikTok/Instagram account that proves you can edit, tell a story, and engage an audience.
• Location: Must be based in (or willing to commute to) our NYC office daily.
• Tools: Expert-level knowledge of TikTok/IG native tools, CapCut, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
