Required Experience
- 5 years of experience in plating operations
- Gold plating experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities & Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of technical expertise, including the ability to:
- Calculate surface areas and determine proper amperage for plating loads
- Perform proper chemical handling procedures
- Identify and use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Troubleshoot tank issues, including:
- Proper cable connections
- Filter change-outs
- Resistance failures
- Diagnose and resolve part defects and identify root causes
- Activate parts prior to plating
- Perform proper cleaning and maintenance of plating equipment
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required
