Director, Healthcare Solutions
The Director of Healthcare Solutions serves as a strategic and operational leader within the Healthcare Solutions division, responsible for aligning healthcare technology solutions with client business objectives and organizational goals. This role oversees a team of healthcare business professionals who deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable solutions that drive measurable client and operational outcomes.
The Director operates in a dynamic, client-driven environment where solution design and delivery are customized to meet diverse client needs. Success requires adaptability, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate evolving priorities without reliance on rigid or standardized processes. The Director is expected to provide visible, hands-on leadership by engaging directly in project activities when needed, ensuring deliverables are achieved, and modeling a collaborative, “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach to problem-solving and execution. The role also designs and executes onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing programs that strengthen solution delivery, promote consistency where possible, and support continued growth within the healthcare technology space.

Work Location: This is a Hybrid position which can based in one of the following offices: Boca Raton, FL or Denver, CO or Midtown New York City.
- Required to work on site at their local office a designated minimum number of full days per week and must be available for additional in-office days for meetings, training, or other business needs as directed

Work Schedule: This position requires availability during operational hours based on business and client needs, which may include time zones different from the employee’s physical location. The role interfaces with offshore and cross-regional teams and may require schedule flexibility to support collaboration, deadlines, and client deliverables. This is a full-time, exempt position that requires flexibility in scheduling to meet business and client needs, including periods of increased workload or unanticipated deadlines that may require additional hours

Technology and Connectivity:

Remote Work Environment:

Travel: Flexibility to travel as business needs dictate is required. Travel may include domestic overnight trips to Company offices, client sites, or other designated locations to attend meetings, training sessions, project planning activities, or Company events.

Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and competencies.
Minimum 10 years Professional Experience Required:
- Progressive experience within the healthcare insurance or healthcare technology industry, including expertise in claims processing, products and benefits management, or related healthcare operational domains.
- Demonstrated experience working with or supporting healthcare organizations and insurance plans, with understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Medicare Advantage Organizations, Affordable Care Act Quality Health Plans, Managed Medicaid, and/or Medicare Shared Savings Programs.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply healthcare industry regulations and policy changes to technology solution design, implementation, and client delivery.
- Direct experience leading or supporting complex software implementation and integration projects within healthcare insurance or technology environments, leveraging Agile and SAFe methodologies across multiple teams or Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent platforms for project management, collaboration, and reporting.
- Experience participating in or leading client-facing initiatives that require translating business requirements into solution strategies aligned with organizational and client goals.
Minimum 5 years Professional Experience Required:
- Leadership experience involving hands-on hiring, development, mentorship, and performance management of high-functioning, distributed teams in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth within cross-functional or client-facing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to use these tools effectively for communication, collaboration, data analysis, and document management.
- Experience managing sensitive or escalated performance or client issues in coordination with appropriate parties to ensure timely and compliant resolution.
Hiring Pay Range: 180,000 – 225,000 annualized. The stated hiring pay range is our good faith belief at the time of this posting. Final compensation placement will vary based on multiple factors such as position level placement, experience, knowledge, geographic location, competencies, and skill level as well as internal equity.
Bonus Compensation: Discretionary annual bonus amounts are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on company and individual performance. Discretionary annual bonuses, when paid, are determined by the leadership team, and is based upon an individual performance that exceeds role expectations.
